Tree Pollarding
Pollarding is a method of pruning trees by removing the upper branches of a tree to control its size and shape. This is often done at a specific height above the ground.
Typically, all branches are removed above a certain point, known as the pollard head or pollard knuckle. This results in a ball-like mass of branches.
